VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

vsett 9

VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as collapsible handlebars. Vsett User Manual. It comes with a bigger deck and also has the upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones you see in Rion scooters. Rion scooters.

When I saw clamp that was on VSETT 9, and Rion on the street, I prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it only had the Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as robust as the Rion however it came with two additional security features.

It comes in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded is also used as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same color as the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what surprised me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much about it when looking at it on a specification sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+ I was completely blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping up.

I typically prefer high powered scooters but I could definitely see myself taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it would weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get a ton of air even on flat ground.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett User Manual

The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level, affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles of real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery variants of this 8 first. The two models will have that of 15.6 amp-hour version using Chinese batteries and the other will comprise the one with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett User Manual.

With the electric brake, rear drum brake and the solid front tire it can assist in keeping maintenance low. It offers both rear and front swing arm suspension that can make a difference to the smaller spring suspension found that comes with the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical as the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was built to go up higher slopes as well as have a greater speeds, and does not have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.

Vsett User Manual

The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step up from that of the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett User Manual.

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that are three inches in width. It has a sturdy clamp that looks like similar to the clamp on RION scooters. RION scooters.

It does have an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes and then take a 10 minute break. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I believe it’s a good method to avoid controller damage from overheating.

I am awestruck by the fact it that VSETT 10+ locks into itself when folded since the ZERO 10X does not making it hard for portability. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.

It has a IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance however, none of the distributors will warrant damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is bigger than the 10X so it should be very large.

I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype, I found they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.

The good news is that shocks are a traditional size which makes it simple to purchase and set up a replacement.

VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

vsett 11

Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+ I automatically imagine Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure with the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I imagine getting dressed up in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

Well enough about costumes, you likely were looking for specs. The VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks as if it was ripped off of a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is it is a 60V battery. I would like to have created this with an a 72V battery, but I bet they will release an equivalent 72V model in the future. It comes with dual stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.

The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It also has a sport mode like the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.

I wish the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp but I would love to see it in future versions. Vsett User Manual.
