VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett Steering Damper. It has a larger deck and also has the upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see on Rion scooters. Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion personally, I actually preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it just had the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two additional safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she is a sucker for all things teal. It also locks into itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding is also used as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact color as the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking about it while looking at it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was completely blown amazed by how swift and responsive the motorbike is. I was thinking that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be able to keep up.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see my self taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it would weigh in at 62lbs.) I was able to bunny hop the 9+ and you’re able to get plenty of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level, affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries versions of the 8 at first. The two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries. The other will include the version with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett Steering Damper.
With the electric brake front drum brake, rear drum brake and solid rear tire, it can help to keep maintenance down. It offers the front and rear swing arm suspension, which could make a difference to the spring suspension that is small included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It is built to go up higher slopes and has a higher speeds, and will never have flats like that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is believed to be a step above the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Steering Damper.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It offers the strong clamp that looks like that of the RION scooters.
It does have the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes and then take a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature but I think it is an good method to avoid controller damages due to overheating.
I like it that VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to transport. The hook used to keep the scooter together doubles up as a hook for the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating but no distributor will warranty the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X deck, which means it will be much larger.
I saw many images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final prototype, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would have the EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are of a standard size which makes it easy to find and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+, I instantly think of Captain America. Some people have voiced their disgust for the color of the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I could imagine myself getting dressed in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably are here for the specifications. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that appears like it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would have created this with an a 72V battery, but I’m sure they’ll release another 72V version in the future. It comes with dual stems , which is always nice to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it in future renditions. Vsett Steering Damper.
