VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett Speed Limiter. It is larger than the deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the ones you see in those Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I actually prefer the clamps on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it just had an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two additional safety features.
It comes in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she’s a fan of everything teal. It also locks it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much about it when looking at it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+ I was completely blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I was thinking that the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters however I could easily see me using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get a ton of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles of real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries versions of the 8 initially. Two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp-hour version using Chinese batteries and the other version will comprise the one with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett Speed Limiter.
With the electric braking with rear drum brake as well as solid front tire it should assist in keeping maintenance low. It comes with both rear and front swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the small spring suspension in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It’s built to go up higher slopes, have a higher speeds, and never have flats as compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is believed to be a step up from that of the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Speed Limiter.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles the one on RION scooters. RION scooters.
There is a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take a 10 minute break. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I believe it’s an good way to prevent controller damages by overheating.
I love that the VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded since the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together can also be used to hook into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating however, none of the distributors warrant the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is bigger than the 10X deck, which means it is expected to be very big.
I saw many videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the prototype to its final version, I found they do not have an EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have the EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are a traditional size, making it simple to purchase and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+, I automatically visualize Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, however I love the design. I can imagine dressing up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would had come up with an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the future. It comes with two stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it only lasts for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ had the same clamp that we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, but I’d like to see it on future versions. Vsett Speed Limiter.
