VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett Shop. It comes with a bigger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones that you can find on the Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp that was on VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I actually preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is strong but it just had an Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as sturdy as the Rion however it came with two extra safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks into its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it into place when folded can also double as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it comes with dual motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think about it while looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown away by how fast and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could see myself using the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it would weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+ and you’re able to get plenty of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries models of the eight at first. The two variants will include that of 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries, and the second version will include the version with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett Shop.
With its electric brakes front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it will help to keep maintenance down. It offers front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be a significant improvement over the spring suspension that is small that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was built to go up higher slopes and has a higher top speed, and does not have flats as compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is believed to be an upgrade from the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Shop.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that looks similar to similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
There is an option for sport mode that can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I think it is an good option to protect the controller from damage due to overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding, since the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to move. The hook used to secure the scooter together doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets when running into a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors guarantee damages caused by water. The 10+ deck is much larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the prototype to its final version I realized that they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it easy to buy and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+ I immediately imagine Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I imagine getting dressed up in an Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
Okay, enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that appears like it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with a 72V battery but I’m betting they’ll launch a 72V version in the future. It has dual stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It has a sport mode like the 10+ which only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it in future versions. Vsett Shop.
