Vsett Forum
Vsett scooters came along and have taken the electric scooter market by storm , introducing some remarkable moves. Vsett Forum. For instance, while GoTrax has been struggling to equip their scooters with suspensions, the cheapest of the Vsett scooters rocks a dual spring suspension system.
Alternatively, while Minimotors doesn’t get its scooters certified IP, all of Vsett’s models are IP54-certified which makes them extremely efficient as all-year-round scooters. It’s important to note that every Vsett scooter comes complete with the NFC key card immobiliser, that shows how serious the company is about its craft in the field of smart scooter design.

The Vsett 9+ is one such marvel. The intricate craftsmanship is detailed to the letter. If you’re amazed by the curvature design of handlebars, or the lightweight of this dual-motor scooter- there’s plenty to entice your taste. The 9+ is fast and will take you over large distances – a fantastic feature for those looking for a commuter scooter. Vsett Forum.
The scooter does not weigh tons like most other dual-motor double suspension, high capacity batteries on performance scooters. Even better, the scooter is equipped with Vsett’s exclusive three-stem locking system that makes the scooter a good choice to be carried on public transport or even in the trunk of your car.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to the VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett Forum. It comes with a bigger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see with those Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I really liked the clamp on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however it came with two additional safety features.
It is available in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will love since she loves everything teal. It also locks its own when folded. The hook that holds it in place after folding is also used as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it comes with dual motors instead of one motor. It comes in the exact color as the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while looking at the specs sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was completely blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ would be the first to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, but I could see me taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight for me, but to some it might weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned to bunny hop 9+ and you’re able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles of real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery versions of the 8 initially. The two versions will be that of 15.6 amp hour model with Chinese batteries, and the second version will be the 21 amp hour version using LG batteries. Vsett Forum.
With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and a solid front tire it will assist in keeping maintenance low. It comes with both rear and front swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was specifically designed to climb higher hills, have a higher maximum speed and never have flats compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black and is said to be an upgrade from the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Forum.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that are just 3 inches long. It offers the strong clamp that looks like the one on RION scooters. RION scooters.
There is an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes before taking an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I find it to be a good option to protect the controller from damage from overheating.
I love that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold to itself after folding, since the ZERO 10X does not making it hard for portability. The hook used to keep the scooter together doubles up as a hook for the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings however, no distributor will warranty damages caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X deck, which means it should be very large.
I saw a ton of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final model I discovered that they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are of a standard size which makes it simple to purchase and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ I automatically visualize Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure with the color of the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks as if it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still a 60V battery. I’d like to had come up with the 72V battery however I bet they will release an equivalent 72V model in the future. It has two stems which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+ that only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, but I’d like to see it used on future versions. Vsett Forum.
