VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

vsett 9

VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett Facebook. It has a larger deck, and it also comes with an new clamp, which is similar to the ones you see on the Rion scooters.

The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I really preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as sturdy as the Rion however it came with two additional safety features.

It is available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she loves all things teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook used to lock it in place when folded can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ is what impressed me the most.

The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while studying it on a spec sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was completely blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was able to keep up.

I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters however I could easily see me taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get plenty of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett Facebook

VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles of real usage range. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery versions of the 8 initially. Two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp hour model that uses Chinese batteries, and the second version will include the version with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett Facebook.

With the electric brake with rear drum brake as well as solid rear tire, it should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It comes with both rear and front swing arm suspension that can be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical as the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It is built to go up higher slopes, have a higher speeds, and will never have flats like that of the VSETT 8.

VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is supposed to be an upgrade from that of the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Facebook.

The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles the one on the RION scooters.

It does have an option for sport mode that can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I find it to be an good way to prevent controller damage by overheating.

I like I love the fact that VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding, because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together can also be used to hook into a hook to hang the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.

It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter is equipped with a water resistant rating, no distributor will warrant damages caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X so it should be very large.

I saw many photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the prototype to its final version I realized that they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks are a traditional size, making it easy to buy and set up a replacement.

VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

vsett 11

When I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+, I automatically think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I could imagine myself getting dressed in an Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

So, that’s enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks as if it came off of motorcyle.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I would like to have made this using an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the near future. It does offer two stems which can be very helpful for stability.

The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It also has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ that only lasts for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.

I’d like to see that the 11+ had the same clamp that we are seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t use the new clamp, but I’d like to see it on future versions. Vsett Facebook.
