When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I actually preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as robust as the Rion but it had two safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks in itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it comes with dual motors instead of one motor. It’s available in the same colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking about it while looking at the specs sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I thought the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ behind but it turned out to be capable of keeping pace.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could see my self taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it could weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

There is the sport mode button, which is only active for two minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I find it to be a good option to protect the controller from damage from overheating.
I like it that VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding, since the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to move. The hook used to keep the scooter together doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance, no distributor will guarantee water damage. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X, so it should be very large.
I saw many photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would include one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to find and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+ I immediately think of Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It comes with an sport mode similar to the 10+ that is only for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are using on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it in future versions. Vsett Brisbane.
