VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and collapsible handlebars. Vsett Brand. It comes with a bigger deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find in the Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp that was on VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I actually prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. I think the Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion but it had two additional safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife would love because she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it is equipped with two motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much about it when looking at it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride it, I was blown away by how fast and responsive the motorbike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ behind but it turned out to be able to keep up.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters but I could see my self taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me , but to some it could weigh in at 62lbs.) I was able to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get a ton of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles of real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries models of the eight first. The two models will have one of the 15.6 amp-hour version with Chinese batteries, and the second will include the version with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett Brand.
With the electric brake front drum brake, rear drum brake and solid rear tire, it can help to keep maintenance down. It has front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be a significant improvement over the smaller spring suspension found that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical with the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills, have a higher maximum speed and never have flats like VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step up from that of the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett Brand.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on RION scooters. RION scooters.
There is a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I believe it’s an good option to protect the controller from damage due to overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact I love the fact that VSETT 10+ is able to fold to itself after folding, because the ZERO 10X does not making it hard for portability. The hook used to keep the scooter together also doubles into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with an IP44 rating for water resistance however, none of the distributors will warranty water damage. Its 10+ deck size is larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the prototype to its final version I discovered that they didn’t come with an EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d include EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are a traditional size which makes it simple to purchase and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see the VSETT 11+, I automatically think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
So, you’ve had enough about costumes, chances are you are here for the specifications. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would have created this with an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It comes with two stems which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It also has a sport mode like the 10+ which only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it in future renditions. Vsett Brand.
