The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 9+ Vs Apollo Ghost. It comes with a bigger deck, as well as an new clamp, which is similar to the clamps you find in the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had an Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two additional security features.
It’s available in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks it when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It’s available in the same color as the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think about it while studying it on a specification sheet. However, once I got a chance to ride the 9+, I was completely blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.
I usually prefer super-powered scooters however I could easily see my self having the 9+ as a daily driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it would weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is the entry-level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles actual usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery versions of the 8 at first. Two versions will be that of 15.6 amp-hour version using Chinese batteries and the other version will comprise the one with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett 9+ Vs Apollo Ghost.
With the electric braking, rear drum brake and solid back tire should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It has front and rear swing arm suspension which should be an improvement to the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It was specifically designed to climb higher hills as well as have a greater top speed, and never have flats compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step above the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 9+ Vs Apollo Ghost.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that measure three inches in width. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to the one on it’s RION scooters.
It does have the sport mode button, which will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I find it to be an good way to prevent controller damage due to overheating.
I love that the VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded since the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to move. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together doubles up as a hook for a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors guarantee the damage caused by water. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X so it should be very large.
I saw many videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final model, I found they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d come with EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are of a standard size so that it is simple to purchase and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the color of the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Okay, that’s enough about costumes, you probably were looking for specs. The VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I would like to have created this with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the future. It has dual stems , which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which are 4 inches wide. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+ that only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, but I would love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 9+ Vs Apollo Ghost.
