VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 9 Vs 9+. It is larger than the deck and also has the upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones that you can find in the Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9 as well as Rion personally, I really preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is strong but it was just a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion however it came with two additional safety features.
It is available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife will like because she loves anything teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook that holds it in place after folding, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same color as the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much about it when reviewing it on a spec sheet. However, once I got the chance to test ride the 9+ I was blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I thought the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be able to keep up.
I typically prefer super-powered scooters but I could see myself having the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight for me, but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles actual usage. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery versions of the 8 initially. Two versions will be that of 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries, and the second version will comprise the one with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett 9 Vs 9+.
With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid back tire will assist in keeping maintenance low. It offers both rear and front swing arm suspension which should be an improvement to the spring suspension that is small in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It is built to go up higher slopes as well as have a greater speeds, and never have flats like that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is believed to be an upgrade from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 9 Vs 9+.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to that of RION scooters. RION scooters.
There is the sport mode button, which will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take an interval of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature but I find it to be a good option to protect the controller from damage from overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold in itself once folded because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to transport. The hook used to lock the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings however, none of the distributors will warrant damages caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I saw a ton of images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype I realized that they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would include EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are a traditional size which makes it easy to find and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+, I immediately think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Okay, enough about costumes, you likely were looking for specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks as if it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I’d like to have made this using an a 72V battery, but I bet they will release another 72V version in the future. It comes with dual stems which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.
I wish the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re experiencing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it on future models. Vsett 9 Vs 9+.
