When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I really prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is strong but it was just an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as sturdy as the Rion but it had two extra safety features.
It is available in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook that holds it into place when folded, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of one motor. It’s available in the same colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much about it when studying it on a spec sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride the 9+, I was blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was about to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust however, it was able to keep up.
I typically prefer super-powered scooters but I could definitely see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.

There is an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I think it is a good option to protect the controller from damages from overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.

The 11+ has 11-inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it is only for two minutes, and then shuts down after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the same clamp that we are experiencing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp but I would love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 9+ Scooter.
