VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 9+ Review. It comes with a bigger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see with those Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp that was on VSETT 9, and Rion on the street, I liked the clamp for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was as strong as the Rion however it came with two extra security features.
It comes in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife will love since she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks into itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it into place when folded is also used as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it comes with dual motors instead of just one motor. It is available in the same color as the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be the most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much about it when studying the specs sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was blown away by how fast and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.
I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters but I could definitely see my self taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop the 9+ and was able to get plenty of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is an entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery versions of the 8 at first. Two versions will be the 15.6 amp hour version using Chinese batteries and the other will be the 21 amp hour version with LG batteries. Vsett 9+ Review.
With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and solid rear tire, it will assist in keeping maintenance low. It has both rear and front swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the spring suspension that is small in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical to it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills and has a higher top speed, and does not have flats compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is supposed to be an upgrade from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 9+ Review.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are three inches in width. It offers the strong clamp that looks like the one on the RION scooters.
There is a sport mode button that is only active for two minutes, and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I think it is an good way to prevent controller damage from overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ is able to fold into itself when folded because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook used to lock the scooter together doubles as a hanger for a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance however, no distributor will warrant damages caused by water. This deck, 10+ is larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I saw many photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final model, I found they didn’t come with the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with the EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ in my view, I immediately visualize Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
So, you’ve had enough about costumes, chances are you came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that appears like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is an 60V battery. I would like to have created this with the 72V battery however I’m sure they’ll release another 72V version in the near future. It has dual stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, but I’d like to see it on future renditions. Vsett 9+ Review.
