The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and collapsible handlebars. Vsett 9 Review. It has a larger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find with those Rion scooters.

When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 and Rion personally, I prefer the clamps that was on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as sturdy as the Rion but it had two security features.

It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she loves all things teal. It also locks into it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it comes with dual motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ impressed me the most.

The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much of it when looking at the specs sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride it, I was completely blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I thought the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be able to keep up.

I normally gravitate towards the powerful scooters, however I could easily see myself taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 9 Review

The VSETT 8 is an entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles of real usage range. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery variants of this 8 at first. Two models will have the 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries and the other will include the version with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett 9 Review.

With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid front tire it should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It has front and rear swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8

The VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical as the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills and has a higher top speed, and never have flats as compared to the VSETT 8.

Vsett 9 Review

The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black and is said to be a step up from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 9 Review.

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that resembles the one on the RION scooters.

It does have an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take a 10 minute break. There have been complaints about this feature, but I think it is a good method to avoid controller damages from overheating.

I love that the VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding due to the fact that the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for a bag or your helmet when running into a store.

It has a IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance, none of the distributors will warranty water damage. The 10+ deck is much larger than the 10X so it will be much larger.

I saw a ton of images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final prototype I discovered that they didn’t come with the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d come with EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.

The good thing is that the shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to find and set up a replacement.

Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+, I automatically visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, however I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

Okay, enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it was ripped off of a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still a 60V battery. I would like to have made this using the 72V battery however I’m sure they’ll release a 72V version in the future. It does offer two stems which is always nice to ensure stability.

The 11+ has 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.

I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re using on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. Not sure why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 9 Review.
