It is larger than the deck and also has the upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find in the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I really preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was equally sturdy as the Rion but it had two additional safety features.
It comes in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she loves everything teal. It also locks itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when reviewing it on a spec sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+ I was completely blown amazed by how swift and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be capable of keeping up.
I usually prefer high powered scooters but I could see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight for me, but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid front tire it should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It offers the front and rear swing arm suspension, which could make a difference to the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8

It does come with a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature but I think it is an good method to avoid controller damage by overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook used to keep the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet when running into a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance however, no distributor will warrant damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I saw a ton of images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final model, I found they didn’t come with the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d include one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it simple to purchase and install a replacement.

Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly visualize Captain America. The 11+ has 11 inch tires which are 4 inches wide. It also has a sport mode like the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes , then it shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ had the same clamp that we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, but I’d like to see it on future models. Vsett 9 Lite Test.
