VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

vsett 9

The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to the VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and collapsible handlebars. Vsett 8 Wheels. It is larger than the deck, and it also comes with an new clamp, which is similar to the ones you see with the Rion scooters.

When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is strong but it only had the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was equally sturdy as the Rion however it came with two extra safety features.

It is available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will love since she loves everything teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it comes with dual motors instead of one motor. It comes in the exact shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when looking at it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+ I was completely blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping pace.

I usually prefer high powered scooters but I could definitely see myself having the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get plenty of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 8 Wheels

VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is the entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles of actual usage. It has an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery variants of this 8 at first. Two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp hour version that uses Chinese batteries and the other version will be the 21 amp hour version that uses LG batteries. Vsett 8 Wheels.

With the electric braking, rear drum brake and the solid back tire should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It has the front and rear swing arm suspension which should be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found included in the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It is designed to climb bigger hills and has a higher top speed, and will never have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.

VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 8 Wheels

The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black and is said to be an upgrade from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Wheels.

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that measure three inches in width. It offers the strong clamp that looks like the one on it’s RION scooters.

It does come with a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take a 10 minute break. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I believe it’s a good way to prevent controller damage due to overheating.

I love I love the fact that VSETT 10+ folds in itself once folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook used to secure the scooter together can also be used to hook into a hook to hang the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.

It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance, none of the distributors will warrant damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.

I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype I realized that they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it easy to find and set up a replacement.

VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I immediately visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I could imagine myself getting dressed in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.

So, you’ve had enough about costumes, chances are you came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks as if it was ripped off of a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I’d like to have created this with a 72V battery but I’m sure they’ll release another 72V version in the future. It does offer dual stems which is always nice to ensure stability.

The 11+ has 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It comes with an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it is only for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.

I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp but I would love to see it used on future versions. Vsett 8 Wheels.
