VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

vsett 9

VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 8 Vs Zero 9. It comes with a bigger deck, as well as an upgraded clamp which is comparable to the clamps you find in those Rion scooters.

When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was equally strong as the Rion but it had two additional security features.

It comes in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife would love because she loves anything teal. It also locks in it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it is equipped with two motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact color as the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be the most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ is what impressed me the most.

The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much about it when studying the specs sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown away by how fast and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping pace.

I typically prefer super-powered scooters but I could see me having the 9+ as a daily driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it would weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of fresh air on almost any flat surface.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 8 Vs Zero 9

The VSETT 8 is an entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries models of the eight first. The two versions will be the 15.6 amp hour version using Chinese batteries and the other version will be the 21 amp hour version that uses LG batteries. Vsett 8 Vs Zero 9.

With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and solid rear tire, it should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It offers front and rear swing arm suspension that can be a significant improvement over the spring suspension that is small in the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical to it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It is specifically designed to climb higher hills, have a higher top speed, and does not have flats like VSETT 8. VSETT 8.

VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 8 Vs Zero 9

The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black and is said to be a step above it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Vs Zero 9.

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are 3 inches wide. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles the one on the RION scooters.

There is a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, however I find it to be a good option to protect the controller from damage from overheating.

I am awestruck by the fact I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding, because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook used to secure the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.

It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings, none of the distributors will warranty the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is bigger than the 10X, so it should be very large.

I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version, I found they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and install a new.

VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

vsett 11

Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically imagine Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I could imagine myself getting dressed in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.

So, you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably were looking for specs. The VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it came from a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is an 60V battery. I do wish they would have created this with a 72V battery but I’m sure they’ll release an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It comes with dual stems , which is always a nice feature for stability.

The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it only lasts for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.

I would like to see the 11+ had the same clamp that we are using for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, but I’d like to see it used on future models. Vsett 8 Vs Zero 9.
