VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to the VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 8+ Scooter. It is larger than the deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find with the Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion personally, I actually preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it just had the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra security features.
It’s available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will love since she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks it when folded. The hook that holds it into place when folded can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters however I could easily see myself using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me , but to some it might weigh in at 62lbs.) I was able to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry-level, affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two batteries versions of the 8 first. The two models will have the 15.6 amp-hour version that uses Chinese batteries, and the second version will be the 21 amp hour version with LG batteries. Vsett 8+ Scooter.
With its electric brakes front drum brake, rear drum brake and a solid rear tire, it can help to keep maintenance down. It offers front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be a significant improvement over the small spring suspension in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar as VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills as well as have a greater maximum speed and does not have flats as compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is believed to be an upgrade from that of the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8+ Scooter.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that measure three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on it’s RION scooters.
It does come with the sport mode button, which will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I think it is an good method to avoid controller damage from overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded, because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together also doubles into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter is equipped with a water resistant rating but none of the distributors warranty water damage. The 10+ deck is much larger than the 10X, so it should be very large.
I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the prototype to its final version I discovered that they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks come in a traditional size, making it simple to purchase and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see an image of the VSETT 11+ I immediately think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, however I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Well enough about costumes, you likely were looking for specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is a 60V battery. I’d like to have made this using an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It does offer dual stems , which is always a nice feature for stability.
The 11+ has 11-inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+ that only lasts for 2 minutes , then it shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it in future renditions. Vsett 8+ Scooter.
