VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I really liked the clamp for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as sturdy as the Rion but it had two extra safety features.
It comes in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife would love because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks into its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ impressed me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter which is why I didn’t think much of it when reviewing it on a specification sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+ I was completely blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I thought the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters but I could see myself using the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it would weigh 62 pounds.) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get plenty of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level, cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real usage range. It comes with an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery versions of the 8 first. The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that are just 3 inches long. It offers the strong clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
It does come with a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, however I find it to be an good method to avoid controller harm by overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding since the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook used to secure the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating however, none of the distributors will warranty water damage. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the prototype to its final version, I found they do not have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have one of the EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, you likely were looking for specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is an 60V battery. I would like to have created this with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the future. It does offer two stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+ that only lasts 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, but I would love to see it on future versions. Vsett 8 Mods.
