For example the fact that GoTrax has been struggling to equip their scooters with suspensions, the cheapest of the Vsett scooters has suspension with two springs.
Alternatively, while Minimotors doesn’t get its scooters certified IP, all of Vsett’s models are rated IP54 which means they are extremely efficient as all-year-round scooters. Let’s not forget that each Vsett scooter comes fitted with an NFC key card immobiliser which shows the seriousness with which the company approaches its work in the field of smart scooter design.

The Vsett 9+ is one this kind of marvel. The intricate craftsmanship is detailed to the letter. If you’re amazed by the curving design of handlebars, or the light weight of this dual motor scooter, there’s plenty that will tickle your interest. This 9+ model is quick and can cover large distances – a fantastic feature for those looking for the commuter scooter. Vsett 8 Maintenance.
The scooter isn’t weighing tons as do other dual-motor, dual suspension, large capacity batteries on performance scooters. Plus, the scooter comes equipped with Vsett’s proprietary three-stem locking system, making this scooter lightweight enough to carry onto public transportation or even in the trunk of your vehicle.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 8 Maintenance. It has a larger deck, as well as an new clamp, which is similar to the clamps you find on the Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I actually preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is strong but it only had the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was as strong as the Rion however it came with two safety features.
It comes in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will like because she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks into it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think much about it when looking at it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+, I was blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be able to keep up.
I typically prefer high powered scooters however I could easily see my self having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles actual usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery variants of this 8 at first. The two versions will be the 15.6 amp hour model with Chinese batteries, and the second version will be the 21 amp hour version that uses LG batteries. Vsett 8 Maintenance.
With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and solid front tire it should help to keep maintenance down. It has both rear and front swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the spring suspension that is small that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar as the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It was built to go up higher slopes as well as have a greater maximum speed and does not have flats like the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black and is said to be a step above that of the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Maintenance.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It offers the strong clamp that looks like the one on RION scooters. RION scooters.
It does come with a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I believe it’s a good method to avoid controller damages from overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded, since the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance however, no distributor will warranty the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is bigger than the 10X so it will be much larger.
I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the prototype to its final version, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are of a standard size which makes it easy to find and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see the VSETT 11+ I instantly think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the color of the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I could imagine myself getting dressed in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks as if it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I would like to have made this using an a 72V battery, but I’m sure they’ll release a 72V version in the future. It has dual stems , which is always nice for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It also has a sport mode like the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes , then it shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are using for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it in future versions. Vsett 8 Maintenance.
