VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to the VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 8 Light. It comes with a bigger deck and also has the upgraded clamp that is similar to the clamps you find in Rion scooters. Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp in the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I really preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It comes in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife will love since she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks into it when folded. The hook used to lock it into place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter which is why I didn’t think much about it when reviewing it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride the 9+, I was blown away by how fast and smooth the bike is. I thought the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters however I could easily see my self using the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it might weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is an entry level and budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles of real usage range. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery versions of the 8 initially. The two variants will include the 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries, and the second version will include the version with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett 8 Light.
With its electric brakes with rear drum brake as well as a solid front tire it should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It comes with both rear and front swing arm suspension, which could be a significant improvement over the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical to the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It was specifically designed to climb higher hills and has a higher speeds, and never have flats like the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black and is said to be an upgrade from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Light.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that are three inches in width. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to the one on RION scooters. RION scooters.
It does come with a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature but I believe it’s an good option to protect the controller from harm by overheating.
I love I love the fact that VSETT 10+ folds in itself once folded because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together can also be used to hook up as a hook for bags or helmets while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance however, none of the distributors warranty water damage. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X, so it should be very large.
I saw a ton of images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype I realized that they didn’t come with the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size which makes it easy to find and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see the VSETT 11+ in my view, I immediately visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I could imagine myself getting dressed in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
So, you’ve had enough about costumes, you likely are here for the specifications. The VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks as if it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the future. It comes with two stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+ that is only for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it in future versions. Vsett 8 Light.
