The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9 as well as Rion on the street, I prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had an Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.

It comes in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will love since she loves all things teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it comes with dual motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.

The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much about it when reviewing it on a specification sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride it, I was blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping pace.

I usually prefer high powered scooters but I could see myself taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it could weigh in at 62lbs.) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of air even on flat ground.

The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles that of RION scooters. RION scooters.

It does have the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I believe it’s a good method to avoid controller damage from overheating.

I love it that VSETT 10+ is able to fold in itself once folded, since the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together also doubles into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.

It has a IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating but none of the distributors warranty water damage. This deck, 10+ is larger than the 10X deck, which means it will be much larger.

I saw many images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final model I discovered that they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would include one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size so that it is easy to buy and install a replacement.

Every time I look at the VSETT 11+ I automatically visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I could imagine myself getting dressed in a Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

So, enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks as if it was ripped off of a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is it is a 60V battery. I would like to have created this with an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It comes with dual stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.

The 11+ has 11-inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which only lasts 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.

I would like to see the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re experiencing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it in future renditions. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter.
