When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I really prefer the clamps that was on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it just had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife will like because she loves everything teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it is equipped with two motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be most impressed with the 10+. However, the 9+ surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think much about it when reviewing the specs sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride the 9+, I was completely blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping up.
I typically prefer high powered scooters however I could easily see my self taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I learned to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.

There is an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take a 10 minute break. There have been complaints about this feature, but I believe it’s an good way to prevent controller damages from overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ is able to fold into itself when folded, due to the fact that the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating, none of the distributors will warranty the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X deck, which means it is expected to be very big.

When I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I automatically think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, however I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.

The 11+ has 11 inch tires which are 4 inches wide. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ that only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are using in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t use the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it used on future versions. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter.
