When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion personally, I really prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however it came with two safety features.
It’s available in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will love since she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks it when folded. Hooks used to secure it into place when folded can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it comes with dual motors instead of just one motor. It is available in the same color as the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think much of it when reviewing it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride the 9+, I was blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was about to fly off and leave the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.
I usually prefer super-powered scooters but I could definitely see me taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it might weigh in at 62lbs.) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is it is a 60V battery. I would like to have created this with an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch a 72V version in the near future. It comes with dual stems which is always a nice feature for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which is only for 2 minutes , then it shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future versions. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter Guide.
