VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter. It is larger than the deck, as well as an upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones that you can find on Rion scooters. Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I actually preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion but it had two additional safety features.
It comes in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will love since she loves all things teal. It also locks in itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it comes with dual motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same color as the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while reviewing it on a spec sheet. However, once I got the chance to test ride the 9+, I was blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was able to keep up.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters but I could definitely see me using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I was able to bunny hop the 9+ and was able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery variants of this 8 first. The two variants will include the 15.6 amp-hour version with Chinese batteries and the other will include the version with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter.
With the electric brake front drum brake, rear drum brake and a solid back tire should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It has front and rear swing arm suspension that can make a difference to the spring suspension that is small that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar as VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It was designed to climb bigger hills as well as have a greater top speed, and does not have flats like VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is supposed to be a step above it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that are three inches in width. It offers the strong clamp that looks like that of the RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I believe it’s a good method to avoid controller harm due to overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks into itself when folded, due to the fact that the ZERO 10X does not making it hard for portability. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together doubles up as a hook for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance but none of the distributors will guarantee water damage. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I saw many videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the prototype to its final version, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would have the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are a traditional size so that it is simple to purchase and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at the VSETT 11+ I immediately think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I could imagine myself getting dressed in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Okay, that’s enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still an 60V battery. I do wish they would had come up with a 72V battery but I bet they will release a 72V version in the near future. It comes with dual stems which is always nice for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode like the 10+ which only lasts 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I wish the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are using in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t use the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it in future versions. Vsett 8 Electric Scooter.
