The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it comes with dual motors instead of just one motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be the most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much about it when studying the specs sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive it, I was blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I thought the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping pace.
I typically prefer super-powered scooters however I could easily see me having the 9+ as a daily driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop 9+ and you’re able to get a ton of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph in a single motor and get about 25 miles of actual usage. It has an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries variants of this 8 at first. VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical as it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It is built to go up higher slopes and has a higher top speed, and never have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is supposed to be an upgrade from that of the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 8 Cruise Control.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It comes with a strong clamp that looks similar to the one on it’s RION scooters.
It does come with a sport mode button that is only active for two minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I find it to be an good method to avoid controller damage due to overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded, since the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings however, no distributor will guarantee the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version, I found they didn’t come with the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are of a standard size so that it is easy to buy and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly imagine Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I imagine getting dressed up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
So, enough about costumes, you probably were looking for specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would have created this with the 72V battery however I’m sure they’ll release another 72V version in the near future. It does offer dual stems , which is always nice for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It also has a sport mode like the 10+, but it only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I wish the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re using on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, but I’d like to see it in future renditions. Vsett 8 Cruise Control.
