When I first saw the clamp that was on VSETT 9 as well as Rion personally, I prefer the clamps that was on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it just had a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as strong as the Rion however it came with two security features.

It is available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she loves all things teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter which is why I didn’t think much of it when studying it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride it, I was completely blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was about to fly off and leave the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping up.

I usually prefer powerful scooters, but I could definitely see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It also has a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it only lasts 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.

I wish the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t utilize the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it on future versions. Vsett 8 – 15.6ah.
