VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 11+ Super. It comes with a bigger deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the clamps you find on those Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp that was on VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I actually prefer the clamps on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion but it had two additional security features.
It’s available in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife would love because she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks its own when folded. The hook used to lock it into place when folded can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think much about it when looking at it on a specification sheet. However, once I had an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was able to keep up.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see me taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight for me, but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles real-world usage. It has an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery variants of this 8 initially. The two models will have the 15.6 amp hour model that uses Chinese batteries. The other will be the 21 amp hour version with LG batteries. Vsett 11+ Super.
With the electric brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it will aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It offers front and rear swing arm suspension which should be an improvement to the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It is built to go up higher slopes and has a higher top speed, and will never have flats as compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is supposed to be an upgrade from the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 11+ Super.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
It does have a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature but I believe it’s a good way to prevent controller damage by overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to move. The hook used to lock the scooter together can also be used to hook up as a hook for bags or helmets while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings, no distributor will warranty the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is bigger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I was able to see a lot of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype, I found they do not have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would have one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are of a standard size, making it simple to purchase and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see an image of the VSETT 11+ I immediately think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
Okay, enough about costumes, you likely are here for the specifications. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that appears like it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still an 60V battery. I’d like to have made this using the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the near future. It comes with dual stems which is always nice to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It comes with an sport mode similar to the 10+ which only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are seeing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it on future models. Vsett 11+ Super.
