VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 11+ Lite. It comes with a bigger deck, as well as an new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find on the Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as strong as the Rion however it came with two security features.
It’s available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will like because she loves everything teal. It also locks its own when folded. The hook used to lock it into place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think much of it when looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride it, I was completely blown amazed by how swift and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was able to keep up.
I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters however I could easily see me using the 9+ as a daily driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I learned to bunny hop 9+ and you’re able to get a ton of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is an entry-level, cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries variants of this 8 initially. The two versions will be the 15.6 amp hour version that uses Chinese batteries. The other version will be the 21 amp hour version using LG batteries. Vsett 11+ Lite.
With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and a solid back tire will assist in keeping maintenance low. It offers the front and rear swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the smaller spring suspension found included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was designed to climb bigger hills, have a higher speeds, and will never have flats like VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is supposed to be a step up from that of the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 11+ Lite.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that looks like the one on the RION scooters.
It does come with the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes before taking an interval of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I find it to be an good method to avoid controller damage from overheating.
I love that the VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded, because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance however, no distributor will guarantee damages caused by water. This deck, 10+ is larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.
I saw many images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final model, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are a traditional size, making it simple to purchase and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at the VSETT 11+ I instantly think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I could imagine myself getting dressed in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
So, enough about costumes, chances are you are here for the specifications. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still an 60V battery. I do wish they would had come up with an a 72V battery, but I’m sure they’ll release another 72V version in the future. It does offer dual stems which is always nice to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11-inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has an sport mode similar to the 10+ which only lasts for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t use the innovative clamp but I would love to see it on future models. Vsett 11+ Lite.
