It is larger than the deck, as well as an new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find with the Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9 and Rion personally, I really preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion however it came with two additional security features.
It comes in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks itself when folded. The hook used to lock it in place when folded is also used as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact shade of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed with the 10+. However, the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter which is why I didn’t think much about it when studying the specs sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+ I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I thought the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters however I could easily see me taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it might weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+ and was able to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery variants of this 8 at first. With its electric brakes with rear drum brake as well as the solid back tire will assist in keeping maintenance low. It offers front and rear swing arm suspension that can make a difference to the smaller spring suspension found included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical with VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It is designed to climb bigger hills as well as have a greater top speed, and never have flats as compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black and is said to be an upgrade from that of the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Vs Zero 10x.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are 3 inches wide. It offers the strong clamp that resembles that of the RION scooters.
It does come with a sport mode button that is only active for two minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I find it to be an good way to prevent controller damages due to overheating.
I like I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded, because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to transport. The hook used to secure the scooter together also doubles into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings however, none of the distributors warrant water damage. The 10+ deck is bigger than the 10X so it should be very large.
I saw a ton of videos and photos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final model, I found they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would include EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it simple to purchase and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+ I instantly imagine Captain America. Some people have voiced their disgust for the color of the VSETT 11+, however I love the design. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
So, you’ve had enough about costumes, you likely were looking for specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I’d like to have made this using a 72V battery but I’m sure they’ll release a 72V version in the near future. It does offer two stems which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode like the 10+ that only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are using in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t utilize the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it in future models. Vsett 10+ Vs Zero 10x.
