VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as collapsible handlebars. Vsett 10+ Vs 11+. It comes with a bigger deck and also has the upgraded clamp which is comparable to the ones you see on the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion personally, I preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it only had a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was as robust as the Rion but it had two extra safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife would love because she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks into its own when folded. The hook that holds it in place after folding can also double as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it comes with dual motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same color as the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter and I wasn’t thinking much about it when looking at it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+, I was completely blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I thought the 10+ was going to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping pace.
I typically prefer super-powered scooters but I could see me using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight for me, but to some it could weigh 62 pounds.) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get a ton of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is the entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles actual usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries models of the eight first. Two variants will include that of 15.6 amp-hour version using Chinese batteries, and the second will include the version with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett 10+ Vs 11+.
With the electric brake front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid front tire it should assist in keeping maintenance low. It offers front and rear swing arm suspension, which could be an improvement to the small spring suspension in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It is built to go up higher slopes and has a higher speeds, and will never have flats as compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is believed to be an upgrade from that of the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Vs 11+.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
There is an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I think it is a good option to protect the controller from damage due to overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ locks into itself when folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter does have water-resistant ratings but none of the distributors will warranty the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X so it should be very large.
I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the prototype to its final version I discovered that they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+ I instantly visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure with the color of the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I imagine getting dressed up in an Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
Well you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks as if it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still a 60V battery. I do wish they would have created this with a 72V battery but I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the future. It comes with dual stems , which is always nice for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It comes with a sport mode like the 10+ which is only for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re experiencing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t use the new clamp, but I would love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 10+ Vs 11+.
