The Vsett 9+ is one such marvel. The intricate craftsmanship is detailed to the point of perfection. If you’re amazed by the curvature design on the handles, or the low weight of this dual-motorized scooter, there’s plenty that will tickle your fancy. It’s fast and can travel large distances – a fantastic feature for those interested in the commuter scooter. Vsett 10+ Upgrades.
The scooter isn’t weighing tons like most other dual-motor and dual suspension capacity batteries on performance scooters. Even better, the scooter comes equipped with Vsett’s proprietary three-stem locking system that makes this scooter lightweight enough to take it on public transportation or even in the trunk of your vehicle.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 10+ Upgrades. It has a larger deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the clamps you find with the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I actually prefer the clamps on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it just had a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife will love since she loves all things teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook that holds it into place when folded can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It’s available in the same colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking about it while studying it on a specification sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride the 9+ I was completely blown away by how fast and smooth the bike is. I thought the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind but it turned out to be able to keep up.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters but I could see me taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is an entry level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery versions of the 8 initially. Two versions will be that of 15.6 amp hour model with Chinese batteries. The other version will comprise the one with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 10+ Upgrades.
With the electric brake, rear drum brake and solid front tire it should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was designed to climb bigger hills, have a higher speeds, and does not have flats like that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is believed to be an upgrade from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Upgrades.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that are three inches in width. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to that of it’s RION scooters.
It does have the sport mode button, which will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature but I find it to be a good method to avoid controller damage from overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold in itself once folded because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it hard for portability. The hook used to lock the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have water-resistant ratings but none of the distributors will guarantee water damage. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X, so it should be very large.
I saw many images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype I discovered that they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks come in a traditional size so that it is easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+ I instantly visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I would like to have made this using an a 72V battery, but I’m sure they’ll release another 72V version in the future. It comes with dual stems , which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which are 4 inches wide. It has a sport mode like the 10+, but it only lasts 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT line.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re experiencing on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it used on future models. Vsett 10+ Upgrades.
