The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9 and Rion in person, I actually liked the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. I think the Rion clamp is very strong, however it only had a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It’s available in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife will love since she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook that holds it into place when folded, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much of it when studying it on a spec sheet. However, once I got the chance to test ride it, I was blown away by how fast and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was going to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.
I typically prefer super-powered scooters but I could see myself taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it could weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+ and you’re able to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.

There is an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I believe it’s a good option to protect the controller from damages by overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact it that VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding, because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to move. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together doubles up as a hook for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof rating. Even though the scooter has a water resistant rating however, none of the distributors will guarantee damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I saw many photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype, I found they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.

The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it is only for two minutes, and then shuts down for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, but I’d like to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 10 Suspension.
