When I saw clamp in the VSETT 9 and Rion personally, I actually preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had the Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was equally robust as the Rion however it came with two security features.
It’s available in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will love since she loves anything teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it is equipped with two motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact color as the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking about it while reviewing it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride it, I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping pace.
I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters but I could see me having the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+, and it’s possible to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery models of the eight initially. With the electric braking with rear drum brake as well as a solid rear tire, it should assist in keeping maintenance low. It has the front and rear swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the spring suspension that is small that comes with the ZERO 8

VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical as it’s predecessor, the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It’s specifically designed to climb higher hills and has a higher maximum speed and does not have flats compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is supposed to be an upgrade from the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10 Steering Damper.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that measure just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on it’s RION scooters.
There is the sport mode button, which is only active for two minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, but I think it is a good method to avoid controller damages by overheating.
I like it that VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded, due to the fact that the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook used to lock the scooter together doubles up as a hook for a bag or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have water-resistant ratings but no distributor will warrant the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I was able to see a lot of images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version I discovered that they do not have the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.
The good thing is that the shocks are a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+ in my view, I instantly think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure with the color of the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still a 60V battery. I’d like to had come up with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It comes with dual stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes , then it shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we are using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 10 Steering Damper.
