VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and collapsible handlebars. Vsett 10+ Steering Damper. It is larger than the deck, and it also comes with an new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find in those Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I actually prefer the clamps that was on the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it just had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion however it came with two additional security features.
It’s available in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife would love because she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks into itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place after folding, doubles up to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it comes with dual motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be the most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while looking at the specs sheet. But, when I finally got the chance to test ride the 9+, I was blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind but it turned out to be capable of keeping up.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, but I could see me having the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me but to some it might weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned how to bunny hop 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock as well as a an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two batteries variants of this 8 first. Two models will have the 15.6 amp hour model that uses Chinese batteries, and the second will include the version with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett 10+ Steering Damper.
With the electric brake with rear drum brake as well as the solid back tire will help to keep maintenance down. It offers both rear and front swing arm suspension which should make a difference to the small spring suspension in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical as the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It is built to go up higher slopes and has a higher speeds, and does not have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step up from that of the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Steering Damper.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to the one on it’s RION scooters.
It does come with a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, however I believe it’s a good method to avoid controller damages due to overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook used to keep the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for a bag or your helmet when running into a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter is equipped with a water resistant rating, no distributor will warrant water damage. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X, so it should be very large.
I saw a ton of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version I discovered that they don’t have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d come with EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are of a standard size which makes it easy to find and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+, I instantly think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is a 60V battery. I would like to had come up with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the future. It has dual stems which is always nice to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It also has a sport mode like the 10+, but it is only for two minutes, and then shuts down after 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future versions. Vsett 10+ Steering Damper.
