VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to their VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 10 Speed Limiter. It has a larger deck and also has the upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see with Rion scooters. Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9 and Rion on the street, I really liked the clamp on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just the Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however it came with two extra safety features.
It is available in a black and teal color that I’m sure my wife will like because she is a sucker for anything teal. It also locks into itself when folded. The hook that holds it in place when folded is also used as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ is what impressed me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much about it when studying the specs sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was blown amazed by how swift and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was able to keep up.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see my self taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight for me, but to some it might weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery variants of this 8 initially. Two versions will be one of the 15.6 amp-hour version with Chinese batteries and the other version will comprise the one with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 10 Speed Limiter.
With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and solid front tire it will aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It comes with front and rear swing arm suspension that can be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar as the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It’s specifically designed to climb higher hills as well as have a greater speeds, and never have flats compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step up from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10 Speed Limiter.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to the one on it’s RION scooters.
It does have a sport mode button that is only active for two minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature, but I believe it’s a good option to protect the controller from harm from overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ locks into itself when folded, because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook used to keep the scooter together can also be used to hook into a hook to hang the bag you carry or your helmet when running into a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance however, none of the distributors warranty water damage. Its 10+ deck size is bigger than the 10X so it will be much larger.
I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype, I found they didn’t come with the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to find and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I immediately imagine Captain America. There are some who have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I could imagine myself getting dressed in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Okay, that’s enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is an 60V battery. I’d like to have created this with the 72V battery however I’m sure they’ll release an equivalent 72V model in the near future. It comes with dual stems which is always nice for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it is only for 2 minutes and shuts off after 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it used on future models. Vsett 10 Speed Limiter.
