It has a larger deck, and it also comes with an new clamp, which is similar to the ones you see on those Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp that was on VSETT 9, and Rion on the street, I preferred the clamp that was on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had an Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was equally strong as the Rion however it came with two security features.
It is available in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife will like because she loves everything teal. It also locks it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding can also double as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it comes with dual motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while looking at it on a specification sheet. However, once I got the chance to test ride the 9+, I was blown amazed by how swift and zippy the scooter is. I thought the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, but I could definitely see me using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop 9+ and was able to get tons of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is an entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles of real usage range. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handles and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery variants of this 8 at first. There is an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I find it to be a good option to protect the controller from harm due to overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold in itself once folded, since the ZERO 10X does not making it hard for portability. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang the bag you carry or your helmet when running into a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter is equipped with a water resistant rating however, none of the distributors warranty water damage. The 10+ deck is much larger than the 10X deck, which means it will be much larger.
I saw many images and videos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+, which comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final model I realized that they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d have EXA Form 290 shocks. When I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+, I automatically think of Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in an Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

The 11+ has 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+ that is only for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the innovative clamp but I would love to see it on future versions. Vsett 10+ Speed Limiter.
