When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9 as well as Rion on the street, I really liked the clamp on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had an Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion but it had two safety features.
It is available in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife would love because she loves anything teal. It also locks into itself when folded. The hook used to lock it into place when folded is also used as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of one motor. It’s available in the same colour of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think much about it when studying it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.
I usually prefer high powered scooters but I could see me using the 9+ for a regular driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight for me, but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get a ton of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that looks like the one on the RION scooters.
It does have the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes, and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I find it to be an good method to avoid controller damages by overheating.
I like it that VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets when running into a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance however, no distributor will guarantee water damage. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X, so it will be much larger.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It also has a sport mode like the 10+ which only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t choose to use the new clamp, but I would love to see it used on future versions. Vsett 10+ Scooter Review.
