VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than the VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as the ability to collapse the handlebars. Vsett 10+ Owner’s Manual. It is larger than the deck, as well as an new clamp, which is similar to the ones you see with Rion scooters. Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion personally, I preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is sturdy, but it was just the Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion however it came with two extra safety features.
It is available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife would love because she loves everything teal. It also locks in itself when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding is also used as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of one motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+. However, the 9+ is what surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think about it while looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I had the chance to test ride the 9+ I was completely blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping up.
I typically prefer high powered scooters however I could easily see myself taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I was able to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour as well as get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It has an adjustable rear shock and an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries variants of this 8 at first. The two versions will be the 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries, and the second will be the 21 amp hour version using LG batteries. Vsett 10+ Owner’s Manual.
With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and solid rear tire, it can aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It has the front and rear swing arm suspension that can be a significant improvement over the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It is designed to climb bigger hills and has a higher top speed, and does not have flats as compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step above it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Owner’s Manual.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that measure 3 inches wide. It comes with a strong clamp that looks similar to that of the RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, however I find it to be an good way to prevent controller harm by overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact I love the fact that VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded due to the fact that the ZERO 10X does not making it hard for portability. The hook used to secure the scooter together doubles as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating, no distributor will warranty damages caused by water. The 10+ deck is bigger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I saw a ton of photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version, I found they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d include EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks as they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are of a standard size which makes it easy to find and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see the VSETT 11+ in my view, I immediately think of Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, chances are you are here for the specifications. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that looks like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would have made this using the 72V battery however I bet they will release another 72V version in the near future. It has two stems which is always a nice feature for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode like the 10+ which only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp however I’d love to see it in future models. Vsett 10+ Owner’s Manual.
