When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9, and Rion in person, I really preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is strong but it only had an Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was equally sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It is available in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she loves all things teal. It also locks in it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded can also double as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same color as the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much about it when looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive the 9+, I was blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ behind but it turned out to be capable of keeping pace.
I typically prefer high powered scooters but I could see my self taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop 9+ and you’re able to get plenty of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 mph and get about 25 miles real usage range. It features an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries variants of this 8 first. The VSETT 8+ is pretty almost identical with the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills and has a higher maximum speed and will never have flats like that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a twin 1400 w motor beast. It comes in yellow and black and is said to be a step above the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Mods.
The VSETT 10+ has hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires, which are 3 inches wide. It comes with a strong clamp that resembles that of it’s RION scooters.
It does come with an option for sport mode that is only active for two minutes, and then take breaks of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, but I think it is a good method to avoid controller harm due to overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ folds in itself once folded, because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook used to secure the scooter together doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets while you’re in a store.
It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter is equipped with an IP44 rating for water resistance but none of the distributors warrant water damage. This deck, 10+ is larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I saw many photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final prototype I discovered that they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d include EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it simple to purchase and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I instantly visualize Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure with the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is it is a 60V battery. I’d like to have created this with the 72V battery however I bet they will release a 72V version in the future. It does offer dual stems , which is always a nice feature for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that are 4 inches wide. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which only lasts for 2 minutes , then it shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the same clamp that we are using on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we’re getting the same clamp used in the zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it on future renditions. Vsett 10+ Mods.
