For example the scooters, even though GoTrax has had a difficult time equipping their scooters with suspensions, the cheapest Vsett scooters has a dual spring suspension system.
However, while Minimotors does not get its scooters IP certified however, all Vsett’s models are IP54-certified which makes them extremely reliable as year-round scooters. The Vsett 9+ is one such marvel. The exquisite craftsmanship is described to the letter. Whether you’re impressed by the curvature design of the handlebars or the low weight of this dual motor scooter, there’s plenty to entice your taste. It’s quick and will take you over large distances – a fantastic feature for anyone looking to purchase the commuter scooter. Vsett 10+ Modifications.
The scooter isn’t weighing tons, like other dual motor and dual suspension capacity battery-powered performance scooters. Even better, the scooter is equipped with Vsett’s exclusive Triple Stem Locking Mechanism that makes this scooter portable enough to take it on public transportation or even in the trunk of your car.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to their VSETT 8. It has adjustable suspension as well as collapsible handlebars. Vsett 10+ Modifications. It is larger than the deck, as well as an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see on those Rion scooters.
When I saw clamp in the VSETT 9 and Rion personally, I really liked the clamp that was on the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it only had a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was as robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two security features.
It’s available in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife will like because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of one motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed by the 10+, however the 9+ impressed me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter which is why I didn’t think much about it when looking at it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride the 9+ I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to take off leaving the 9+ in the dust but it turned out to be capable of keeping up.
I typically prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see my self using the 9+ for a regular driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me but to some it could weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get a ton of fresh air on almost any flat surface.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is the entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock and an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery versions of the 8 initially. The two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp hour version with Chinese batteries. The other version will comprise the one with 21 amps that uses LG batteries. Vsett 10+ Modifications.
With the electric brake, rear drum brake and solid back tire will help to keep maintenance down. It has both rear and front swing arm suspension which should make a difference to the spring suspension that is small in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It is designed to climb bigger hills, have a higher top speed, and will never have flats as compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is supposed to be a step up from the ZERO 10X. There are some who refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Modifications.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that measure three inches in width. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to that of it’s RION scooters.
There is a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I believe it’s an good way to prevent controller harm due to overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact it that VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded, since the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It has a IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Even though the scooter has a water resistant rating however, none of the distributors will warrant water damage. This deck, 10+ is much larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I saw a ton of photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final model I realized that they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that shocks are a traditional size which makes it easy to buy and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the color scheme on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I imagine getting dressed up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Okay, you’ve had enough about costumes, chances are you were looking for specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks as if it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is an 60V battery. I do wish they would have made this using the 72V battery however I bet they will release a 72V version in the near future. It has dual stems , which is always a nice feature for stability.
The 11+ has 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It comes with an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it is only for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT line.
I would like to see the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are seeing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. Not sure why they didn’t choose to use the unique clamp, but I’d like to see it used on future models. Vsett 10+ Modifications.
