VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features

vsett 9

The VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Vsett 10+ Issues. It comes with a bigger deck, as well as an new clamp, which is similar to the ones you see on the Rion scooters.

When I saw clamp on the VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. I think the Rion clamp is strong but it only had a Velcro strap to hold it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as robust as the Rion however it came with two extra security features.

It is available in a teal and black color which I’m sure my wife would love because she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks in it when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place after folding, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ I was most surprised by.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much of it when looking at it on a spec sheet. However, once I got an opportunity to test drive it, I was completely blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind however, it was able to keep up.

I typically prefer high powered scooters however I could easily see myself having the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it could weigh in at 62lbs.) I was able to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get plenty of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.

VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features

Vsett 10+ Issues

VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.

The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery variants of this 8 at first. Two versions will be the 15.6 amp hour model using Chinese batteries. The other version will include the version with 21 amps using LG batteries. Vsett 10+ Issues.

With its electric brakes, rear drum brake and the solid back tire should aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It offers both rear and front swing arm suspension that can be an improvement to the smaller spring suspension found included in the ZERO 8

The VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to the VSETT 8 but it has dual motors and two solid tires. It’s designed to climb bigger hills and has a higher speeds, and will never have flats compared to the VSETT 8.

The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is believed to be a step up from the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10+ Issues.

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that measure three inches in width. It comes with a strong clamp that looks like that of the RION scooters.

There is a sport mode button that can only activate for 2 minutes and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I find it to be an good method to avoid controller damage by overheating.

I love it that VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded because the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to move. The hook used to lock the scooter together can also be used to hook up as a hook for the bag you carry or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.

It has a IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Even though the scooter has an IP44 rating for water resistance however, none of the distributors guarantee damages caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X deck, which means it should be very large.

I saw many photos and videos marketing the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the final prototype, I found they do not have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d come with one of the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.

The good news is that the shocks are a traditional size, making it simple to purchase and install a replacement.

Whenever I see VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+, I automatically imagine Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure with the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I could imagine myself getting dressed in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

So, you’ve had enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that looks like it was ripped off of a motorbike.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still an 60V battery. I’d like to have created this with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch a 72V version in the near future. It has dual stems which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode like the 10+ that is only for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.

I wish the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it used on future versions. Vsett 10+ Issues.
