The VSETT 8 is an entry level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter that can go up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real usage range. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery variants of this 8 initially. It does have the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes and then take a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature but I think it is a good option to protect the controller from harm by overheating.
I like I love the fact that VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded, since the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together can also be used to hook into a hook to hang a bag or your helmet in the event of a trip to a shop.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof rating. Even though the scooter has water-resistant ratings but none of the distributors warrant the damage caused by water. This deck, 10+ is bigger than the 10X deck, which means it should be very large.
I was able to see a lot of videos and photos promoting VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+, but it only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the upgraded clamp we are using on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it on future models. Vsett 10+ Inner Tube.
