It has a larger deck, and it also comes with an new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find on those Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I liked the clamp on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ better. It’s true that the Rion clamp is sturdy, but it only had a Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two security features.
It comes in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife would love because she loves anything teal. It also locks it when folded. The hook used to lock it in place when folded can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It is available in the same colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ impressed me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much about it when reviewing it on a spec sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive it, I was blown amazed at how quick and smooth the bike is. I thought the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ behind however, it was capable of keeping up.
I usually prefer high powered scooters but I could definitely see my self taking the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me but to some it could weigh 62 pounds.) I was able to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get plenty of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 can be described as the entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles actual usage. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a solid rear tire to prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars as well as a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will carry two battery variants of this 8 initially. With the electric brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it will aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It has front and rear swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the spring suspension that is small in the ZERO 8

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over the Zoom brakes. It has 10 inch tires that measure 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that resembles similar to the clamp on the RION scooters.
It does have the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes before taking a 10 minute break. There have been complaints about this feature, but I think it is an good way to prevent controller damages from overheating.
I love I love the fact that VSETT 10+ folds to itself after folding, due to the fact that the ZERO 10X isn’t making it hard for portability. The hook that is used to secure the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang bags or helmets when running into a store.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating but no distributor will guarantee the damage caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is larger than the 10X so it should be very large.
I saw many images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final model, I found they didn’t come with an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would come with the EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size which makes it simple to purchase and set up a replacement.

When I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I instantly think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I could imagine myself getting dressed in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is a 60V battery. I do wish they would have created this with an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the future. It has dual stems which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires which measure 4 inches in width. It also has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ that only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ had the new clamp that we’re seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. Not sure why they didn’t choose to use the innovative clamp but I’d like to see it used on future versions. Vsett 10+ Front Shock.
