When I first saw the clamp on the VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it just had the Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however it came with two safety features.
It’s available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife would love because she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks it when folded. The hook that holds it into place when folded is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it has dual motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ surprised me the most.
It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think about it while looking at the specs sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride it, I was completely blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was about to speed off, leaving the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping up.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, but I could see me taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it could be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned to bunny hop the 9+ and you’re able to get a ton of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 can be described as the entry level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles of real-world usage. The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that are 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to that of it’s RION scooters.
It does come with the sport mode button, which will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I believe it’s a good option to protect the controller from damages from overheating.
I love it that VSETT 10+ locks in itself once folded, due to the fact that the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to move. The hook that is used to keep the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings however, no distributor will warrant the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is bigger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.
I saw a ton of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final prototype, I found they do not have the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would include the EXA Form 290 shocks since they’re more comfortable.

Every time I look at the VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically think of Captain America. There are some who have expressed their disgust for the color of the VSETT 11+, but I love the look. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.
So, enough about costumes, chances are you were looking for specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that appears like it was ripped off of a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is an 60V battery. I’d like to have created this with an a 72V battery, but I bet they will release a 72V version in the near future. It comes with two stems which can be very helpful for stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+ that only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I wish the 11+ came with the new clamp that we’re experiencing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we are using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t utilize the innovative clamp but I would love to see it used on future renditions. Vsett 10 Front Shock.
