The Vsett 9+ is one this kind of marvel. The exquisite craftsmanship is described to the point of perfection. If you’re amazed by the curved design of the handlebars, or the lightweight of this dual-motorized scooter, there’s plenty to entice your taste. The 9+ is quick and can cover long distances- excellent qualities for those interested in a commuter scooter. Vsett 10 Forum.
The scooter doesn’t weigh tons as do other dual-motor, dual suspension, large capacity batteries on performance scooters. Even better, the scooter comes equipped with Vsett’s proprietary Triple Stem Locking Mechanism that makes this scooter portable enough to be carried on public transport or even in the trunk of your vehicle.
VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter compared to their VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and collapsible handlebars. Vsett 10 Forum. It comes with a bigger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones that you can find with the Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9, and Rion on the street, I really prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is strong but it only had a Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was as robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra security features.
It comes in a teal and black shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she loves anything teal. It also locks in its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it into place when folded is also used as a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of one motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I was thinking I would be most impressed by the 10+, but the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think about it while studying the specs sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride it, I was completely blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.
I typically prefer high powered scooters however I could easily see myself taking the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight for me, but to some it might weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and you’re able to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 8 is the entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two batteries variants of this 8 at first. Two versions will be the 15.6 amp-hour version using Chinese batteries, and the second version will include the version with 21 amps with LG batteries. Vsett 10 Forum.
With the electric braking, rear drum brake and the solid back tire will assist in keeping maintenance low. It comes with both rear and front swing arm suspension which should make a difference to the small spring suspension included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical as the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It was specifically designed to climb higher hills, have a higher speeds, and never have flats compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black, and is believed to be a step up from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I’ve seen it referred to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10 Forum.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It has a sturdy clamp that resembles that of RION scooters. RION scooters.
It does have an option for sport mode that will only be activated for 2 minutes, and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, but I find it to be a good method to avoid controller damage due to overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact it that VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it hard for portability. The hook used to keep the scooter together also doubles up as a hook for bags or helmets while you’re in a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter is equipped with water-resistant ratings however, no distributor will warranty damages caused by water. Its 10+ deck size is much larger than the 10X deck, which means it is expected to be very big.
I saw many photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the final prototype, I found they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping that they’d include one of the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are a traditional size, making it easy to buy and install a new.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Whenever I see an image of the VSETT 11+, I immediately think of Captain America. Some people have voiced their disgust for the color of the VSETT 11+, however I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in the Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well enough about costumes, you likely came for the specs. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is an 60V battery. I’d like to have made this using the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch another 72V version in the near future. It comes with dual stems , which is always a nice feature to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11-inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It also has an sport mode similar to the 10+, but it only lasts two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the biggest scooter in the VSETT range.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are using on the 9+ and 10+. Instead, we are seeing the same type of clamp used in the ZERO 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the unique clamp, however I’d love to see it used on future versions. Vsett 10 Forum.
