The clamp I saw that was on VSETT 9 and Rion personally, I prefer the clamps for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ more. It’s true that the Rion clamp is very strong, however it was just a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was as sturdy as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.

It comes in a black and teal color which I’m sure my wife will like because she is a sucker for all things teal. It also locks itself when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding can also double to become a bag hook when the scooter is folded.

VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features

The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It comes in the exact shade of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+, but the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.

It’s the VSETT 9+ is a dual motor scooter with 650 watts, so I didn’t think much about it when looking at the specs sheet. However, once I had a chance to ride the 9+ I was blown away by how fast and smooth the bike is. I thought the 10+ was about to take off leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.

I normally gravitate towards the super-powered scooters however I could easily see myself using the 9+ as a day-to-day driver. It was quick and light. (lightweight to me , but to some it would be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+, and it’s possible to get a ton of air even on flat ground.

The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over the Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires that measure 3 inches wide. It has a sturdy clamp that looks like the one on RION scooters. RION scooters.

It does come with a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take an interval of 10 minutes. I have heard people complain about this feature but I believe it’s an good option to protect the controller from harm due to overheating.

I am awestruck by the fact that the VSETT 10+ folds into itself when folded since the ZERO 10X isn’t making it difficult to transport. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.

It has a IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have an IP44 rating for water resistance but none of the distributors warrant water damage. This deck, 10+ is larger than the 10X so it is expected to be very big.

I saw many videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. Unfortunately after riding the prototype to its final version, I found they didn’t come with any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d include EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks because they’re more comfortable.

The good news is that shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to find and install a replacement.

Every time I look at an image of the VSETT 11+ in my view, I immediately think of Captain America. A few people have expressed their displeasure at the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I love the design. I can imagine dressing up in the Captain America costume and riding the bike around for Halloween.

Okay, that’s enough about costumes, you probably are here for the specifications. It’s the VSETT 11+ is the flagship scooter to the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.

The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still it is a 60V battery. I would like to have made this using a 72V battery but I bet they will release a 72V version in the near future. It has dual stems which is always nice to ensure stability.

The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It also has a sport mode like the 10+ that only lasts for 2 minutes and shuts off in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.

I wish the 11+ had the upgraded clamp we are seeing in the 10+ as well as 9+. Instead, we’re seeing the same type of clamp used in the zero 11X. Not sure why they didn’t utilize the new clamp, but I would love to see it in future versions. Vsett 10+ Brakes.
