When I saw clamp in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion on the street, I actually liked the clamp for the VSETT 9 plus, 9+ and 10+ better. The Rion clamp is strong but it was just the Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp used on VSETT scooters was just as robust as the Rion however, it was equipped with two extra safety features.
It comes in a black and teal shade that I’m certain my wife will like because she’s a fan of anything teal. It also locks in it when folded. The hook used to lock it in place after folding, doubles up as a bag hook when the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very like the 9 except that it has dual motors instead of a single motor. It is available in the same shade of the 9. When I first looked at the VSETT line, I was thinking I was going to be most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ surprised me the most.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts which is why I didn’t think about it while reviewing the specs sheet. However, once I got a chance to ride it, I was blown amazed at how quick and responsive the motorbike is. I was thinking that the 10+ was going to take off leaving the 9+ behind but it turned out to be able to keep up.
I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters but I could definitely see my self using the 9+ for a regular driver. It was light and fast. (lightweight to me , but to some it might be heavy at 62 lbs) I learned how to bunny hop on the 9+ and was able to get tons of air , even when you’re on flat terrain.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is the entry-level, budget friendly scooter for the VSETT line. It’s a single-motor commuter that can go up to 25 mph as well as get about 25 miles of real-world usage. It comes with an adjustable rear shock and the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two batteries models of the eight at first. The two variants will include one of the 15.6 amp-hour version that uses Chinese batteries, and the second will be the 21 amp hour version using LG batteries. Vsett 10 Autonomie.
With its electric brakes front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid rear tire, it will help to keep maintenance down. It has the front and rear swing arm suspension which should be a significant improvement over the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar to VSETT 8 in a lot of ways. It’s similar to VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was built to go up higher slopes as well as have a greater maximum speed and never have flats compared to that of the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400 w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black, and is supposed to be a step up from the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as a Bumblebee Transformer. Vsett 10 Autonomie.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes that I would prefer over Zoom brakes. It offers 10 inch tires, which are just 3 inches long. It comes with a strong clamp that looks similar to similar to the clamp on it’s RION scooters.
It does have a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes before taking an interval of 10 minutes. There have been complaints about this feature, but I find it to be an good method to avoid controller damages by overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ locks to itself after folding, due to the fact that the ZERO 10X does not making it difficult to move. The hook that is used to lock the scooter together doubles into a hook to hang bags or helmets in the event of a trip to a shop.
It is equipped with an IP44 waterproof resistant rating. Although the scooter is equipped with an IP44 rating for water resistance but none of the distributors will guarantee water damage. The 10+ deck is much larger than the 10X deck, which means it will be much larger.
I saw many images and videos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. After riding the prototype to its final version I realized that they don’t have any of the EXA Form 290 shock. I had hoped they’d have the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are a traditional size which makes it simple to purchase and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ I immediately imagine Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure with the color of the VSETT 11+, however I love the look. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Okay, enough about costumes, you likely are here for the specifications. VSETT 11+ VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It features a massive headlight that appears like it came from a motorbike.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors yet it is an 60V battery. I do wish they would have made this using an a 72V battery, but I bet they will release another 72V version in the future. It does offer two stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11 inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It comes with a sport mode , similar to the 10+ which is only for two minutes, and then shuts down in 10 mins. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the same clamp that we are using for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we’re using the same clamp that is used on the Zero 11X. I’m not sure why they didn’t use the new clamp, however I’d love to see it in future renditions. Vsett 10 Autonomie.
