Acceleration

The Varla Eagle Pro’s speed is not typical of light heavyweight scooters-it is far superior. Varla Scooter Brake Pads. Range

Ride Quality

Its ride is good, but it’s not great. The only thing they don’t mention when advertising all-terrain electric scooters is that priority falls on the off-roading aspects.

The tubeless pneumatic road tires are great for comfort, particularly when traveling offroad. Their tubeless design is perfect to avoid pinch flats caused by rocks. However, if you’re getting the scooter to ride primarily off city tracks, then it’s better to switch to self-sealing, knobby tires. These would automatically double your traction, preserve your comfort and cut down on maintenance. The suspension system feels rigid. It’s a bit stiff. Varla Eagle Pro would benefit more from adjustable shocks, or by adjusting a spring with less spring force. The stiff suspension is efficient when handling large bumps and prevents the scooter from falling off. When the tracks are well maintained the suspension is a little too bouncy for ease of use.

It is also equipped with a steering damper. Eagle Pro also comes with a built-in steering damper. At high speeds along straight tracks riders can enjoy a great stability. At top speed, the stability doesn’t match that of dual stem beasts like those on the Wolf King GT but rather is more like the Dualtron Thunder or Nami Burn with a steering damper installed. However, the damper on the steering also implies that the riders will be forced to work harder on the bar handles when trying to negotiate turns.

The deck is yet another area of concern. It’s too small, and with this shortage of deck real estate, riders are constantly forced to place the back foot on the footrest that is not ergonomically designed. The only bright side is that the Varla Eagle Pro can make up for the sloppy stance by providing an excellently laid-out and comfortable cockpit that is comfortable to use. It’s designed to provide comfort and ease of use. Controls have been also ergonomically designed to complement the clear, large 9 centimeter display.
