Varla Eagle One Pro Sverige

The Eagle One Pro is an upgraded version of the manufacturer’s best-selling two-wheeler, The Eagle One. Varla Eagle One Pro Sverige.  The style has remained the same but it’s the Eagle One Pro is more efficient, more powerful, and has a larger battery.

Varla Eagle One Pro Sverige

Take what you knew concerning Varla’s Eagle One and toss it out the window. Varla’s new Varla Eagle One is out and it’s nothing like the one it replaced. It’s not just about the 52% bigger battery, although that could have some connection to it. More on that to come.

The Eagle One Pro is Varla’s first monster scooter, and it seems there will be a lot of top-quality high-performance scooters in the coming season. This is a an allusion to Segway’s GT Series and the brand new Apollo Pro.

Varla’s Eagle One Pro sits on the edge of being it’s a light weight scooter that borrows its specs from beast scooters. It’s heavier than the local light heavyweights Apollo Phantom, Vsett 10+ and Kaabo Mantis Pro, which weighs 79lbs. Additionally, it also has 11 inches of road tires that are typical of beast scooters like the Storm as well as the Wolf King GT.

The Varla Eagle One Pro scooter is also impressive with a well above average top speed for a dollar. It also has an an impressive performance per pound and great brakes per dollar. That’s not even the best feature. The off-road scooter is about $640 cheaper than the most comparable beasts, Segways GT1 and the Wolf Warrior 11. Varla Eagle One Pro Sverige.

Thanks to the large tires-something you’ve always wanted to hear-the scooter offers a great ground clearance, with a total of 36 inches. They’re also good for traction, however they could be improved. The suspension feels stiff and bouncy on city trails, but the stiffness can be useful when riding off-road. However, you may not be a fan of the short deck or its uncomfortable kickplate, especially when riding off-road.

Acceleration

It is the Varla Eagle Pro’s acceleration isn’t typical of light heavyweight scooters-it is so much better. Varla Eagle One Pro Sverige. It has a tested speed of 2.1 seconds, which is close to the 15 millimeters mark. This is what is you would expect from heavyweights with a long history such as that of the Wolf Warrior 11 at 1.9 seconds, Dualtron Thunder at 2.0 seconds and it’s Dualtron Thunder II at 2.2 seconds. The Varla Eagle Pro’s only rival in the light-heavyweight category includes Vsett 10+. Vsett 10+ with a 1.9 seconds of acceleration up from 15 to mph.

The Eagle One Pro uses the same throttle as the NAMI and Wolf King GT, which means it also shares identical dead zones. You may want to consider finding an angle that will anchor your thumb in order to stabilize it and give it an ideal reference location when engaged.

Top Speed

We love this Varla Eagle Pro’s top speed, especially for its price. The scooter has a staggering 40 mph top speed, which is much higher than the average when it is compared with other scooters in the same price range. The more expensive Kaabo Mantis Pro only hits a 37 mph top speed, while the Inokim OXO, still at a higher price is only able to reach 36 mmh.

However, it also faces competition from lower-priced models like those of Wolf Warrior X Pro which has an top speed of 43 mph as opposed to the comparable Vsett 10+ reaches 43,5 mph.

In terms of weight, the scooter stands in its weight class and is in a league of its own and only can be compared with that of the first Dualtron Thunder.

Hill Climb

Its Varla Eagle Pro electric scooter is impressive for a lot of things but hill-climbing is one of them. This electric scooter can climb the hills without losing power, and doesn’t seem to let up with heavy riders or in low battery conditions. In our 60-meter hill test with a 10% gradient and a 10% gradient, the scooter was able to maintain an average speed that was around 17 mph (and over) until approximately 10% of charge. Varla Eagle One Pro Sverige.

The manufacturer credits the impeccable hill-climbing ability to the strong dual motors rated at 1000W each with a maximum power of 2600W. Varla claims that the motors deliver an impressive 36 Nm in torque. This is which is enough to propel the scooter upwards up to 35deg.

Range

Nothing beats good mileage on an electric scooter which is why the Varla Eagle Pro scooter has a reasonable distance of 58 kilometers in its tested range. It is interesting to note that the only scooter within $400 from that of the Eagle One Pro that can beat it on the scale is the Wolf Warrior X Pro, which has a range tested to 41 miles. It beat out other scooters with higher prices, e.g., the Kaabo Mantis Pro with a 33 mile range, Dualtron Eagle Pro at 32 miles as well as the Vsett 10+ with 33 miles.

The battery behind the range lies a high capacity battery of 60V 24 Ah that has 1440 Wh of power. It’s bigger and more efficient with 21700 battery cells. This is an improvement from its predecessor, the Eagle One, whose battery was rated at 946 wh and only came with 18650 lithium cells. Both batteries have smart battery management systems to preserve life. The process of charging the battery to its capacity takes between 8 and 9 hours however you can purchase an additional charger to reduce charge times to around 4 to 5 hours.

Braking

We wish all scooters had hydraulic brakes. That’s not to say that electric scooters with cable brakes are unsafe or insecure when it comes to stopping. Absolutely not. Actually, the cable brakes plus EABS of the Varla Eagle Pro offer proven braking power that is truly exceptional and easy to get right. Varla Eagle One Pro Sverige.

The e-scooter can stop in only 3 meters from the speed of 15 mph. The performance is comparable with the Vsett 10, which is 10+. The Varla Eagle’s stopping power outdoes Kaabo Wolf King, the Kaabo Wolf King, Kaabo Wolf Warrior X Pro, NAMI Burn-E, and Nami BURN-E2.

It’s not as fun to squeeze the levers with cable action on the Varla Eagle Pro like you would with an electric scooter that has hydraulic brakes but the Pro’s mechanical disc brakes don’t leave much to be desired when it comes to performance.

The EABS stops your brakes from locking up. They are adjustable via the P-settings that are displayed on the display. They can be adjusted in between zero and two which means 0 is an insufficient setting, while 2 refers to a strong setting.

Ride Quality

Its ride is good however, it’s not exceptional. One thing they do not mention when promoting all-terrain e-scooters is that priority falls on the off-roading measures.

The pneumatic road tires that are tubeless are great for comfort, especially when driving offroad. Their tubeless design is perfect for avoiding pinch flats that are caused by rocks. However, if you’re getting the scooter to ride primarily off roads, then you’d be better off switching to self-sealing, tubeless knobby tires. These would automatically double your traction, retain your comfort, and decrease maintenance. Additionally, due to the tires and a 17 centimeter clearance from the ground, obstacles on the track won’t scratch the underdeck

The suspension system feels rigid. It’s a bit stiff. Varla Eagle Pro could benefit more from adjustable shocks, or by adjusting an existing spring with lower spring rates. But the rigid setup works well when dealing with large bumps and prevents the scooter from crashing. If the track is well maintained the suspension can feel somewhat bouncy for ease of use.

The Eagle Pro also comes with an inbuilt steering damper. In high-speed and straight tracks, riders will experience excellent stability. At top speed the stability doesn’t match the stability of dual stem beasts like the Wolf King GT but rather is more like the Dualtron Thunder or Nami Burn with a damper for steering installed. On the downside, the steering damper also means that riders will be forced to work harder on the bar handles when trying to negotiate turns.

The deck is another cause of concern. It’s too narrow, and with this shortage of deck space, riders are constantly forced to rest their back feet on the footrest which is not ergonomically designed. One bright spot is that the Varla Eagle Pro compensates for its poor posture with an ergonomically laid-out cockpit that is easy to hold. It’s designed to provide comfort and user-friendliness. Controls are also ergonomically designed and compliment the clear, large 9 centimeter screen.

Overall, with the heavy feel of the steering and the athletic riding stance and the rumbling acceleration that the Eagle One Pro is exhilarating to ride, but it could also be a bit of an exercise when you’re riding hard.
