VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly larger single motor scooter than their VSETT 8. It offers adjustable suspension and collapsible handlebars. V Set Scooter. It comes with a bigger deck, and it also comes with an upgraded clamp that is similar to the ones you see with those Rion scooters.
The clamp I saw on the VSETT 9, and Rion personally, I actually preferred the clamp for the VSETT 9, 9+ and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is strong but it just had an Velcro strap to secure it. The clamp on the VSETT scooters was just as strong as the Rion but it had two extra safety features.
It comes in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife would love because she’s a fan of all things teal. It also locks in itself when folded. The hook used to lock it into place when folded, doubles up as a bag hook once the scooter is folded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 but it is equipped with two motors instead of just one motor. It’s available in the same shade of the 9. When I first saw the VSETT line, I thought I would be most impressed with the 10+, however the 9+ I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual motorbike with 650 watts and I wasn’t thinking much of it when studying it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got a chance to ride the 9+ I was blown amazed at how quick and zippy the scooter is. I was worried that the 10+ was going to speed off, leaving the 9+ behind, but surprisingly it was capable of keeping pace.
I usually prefer powerful scooters, however I could easily see my self taking the 9+ as a daily driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it would weigh in at 62lbs.) I learned to bunny hop 9+ and you’re able to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level and affordable scooter in the VSETT line. It’s a single motor commuter made to go up to 25 miles per hour in a single motor and get about 25 miles real-world usage. It features an adjustable rear shock and an oversized rear tire that can prevent flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable handlebar height, collapsible handlebars and a locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will be carrying two battery models of the eight first. Two models will have the 15.6 amp hour version that uses Chinese batteries, and the second version will be the 21 amp hour version that uses LG batteries. V Set Scooter.
With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and a solid rear tire, it can aid in keeping maintenance to a minimum. It offers front and rear swing arm suspension which should be an improvement to the small spring suspension that comes with the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty much identical with the VSETT 8 but it has two motors with dual tires. It was specifically designed to climb higher hills as well as have a greater maximum speed and will never have flats as compared to VSETT 8. VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in yellow and black and is said to be a step up from that of the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it as looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. V Set Scooter.
The VSETT 10+ comes with hydraulic Nutt brakes, which I like over Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires, which are three inches in width. It offers the strong clamp that looks similar to the one on the RION scooters.
It does come with the sport mode button, which can only activate for 2 minutes and then take breaks of 10 minutes. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature but I find it to be an good option to protect the controller from damages due to overheating.
I like that the VSETT 10+ is able to fold into itself when folded because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to move. The hook used to lock the scooter together can also be used to hook as a hanger for the bag you carry or your helmet when running into a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof resistance rating. Although the scooter is equipped with a water resistant rating, none of the distributors guarantee the damage caused by water. This deck, 10+ is much larger than the 10X, so it is expected to be very big.
I saw a ton of videos and photos promoting the VSETT 10+ that comes with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final model I realized that they don’t have an EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would have EXA Form 290 shocks. EXA Form 290 shocks since they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks are of a standard size, making it simple to purchase and install a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
Every time I look at VSETT 11+, or any other VSETT 11+ in my view, I automatically think of Captain America. Some people have voiced their displeasure with the colors on the VSETT 11+, however I love the design. I imagine getting dressed up in an Captain America costume and riding the scooter around on Halloween.
So, enough about costumes, you probably came for the specs. The VSETT 11+ is the most popular scooter in the VSETT line. It comes with a huge headlight that appears like it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors but still an 60V battery. I would like to have made this using an a 72V battery, but I’m betting they’ll launch an equivalent 72V model in the future. It comes with dual stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ has 11-inch tires that measure 4 inches in width. It comes with an sport mode similar to the 10+ which is only for 2 minutes and shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter in the VSETT line.
I’d like to see that the 11+ came with the same clamp that we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are getting the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. It’s hard to tell why they didn’t use the unique clamp, but I would love to see it used on future versions. V Set Scooter.
